Printable customizable books
In the section labeled make a book the name in each story can be modified so that you may substitute your child's name for the name in the story. It is a great way to make a young reader feel a part of the story

The file format of the Books is pdf format.
The book format is a zine type which has 8 panels on one 8.5 x 11 sheet. Once the book has printed you will need to make 4 folds and one cut to transform the paper into a book.
More ideas:
Hand color the book or have your reader color the book.
Print your books on colored paper.
Fold a blank sheet in the same format and have your student write their own book
